This 3/4″ x 16 tpi Chuck Backplate is for the Axminster Woodturning Discovery chucks, these woodturning backplates allow you to keep your chuck body (GK88, GK100 or SK100) when upgrading your lathe. Save time and money and simply choose the suitable backplate size for your new lathe thread, instead of buying a completely new chuck.
Made from stainless steel for effective corrosion resistance. All made entirely in our manufacturing facility, in Axminster UK using CNC technology for accurate results.
Available in sizes 1” x 8 tpi, 1.1/4” x 8 tpi, 3/4” x 16 tpi and M33 x 3.5mm. Contact me if there is a size you need that you can’t find here.
