Product Info

A simple set of instruction to size the drawbar kit to fit your lathe.

A drawbar is a threaded rod used on your lathe to secure tool holders (like Elio-DR drive centers, or Jacobs chuck, etc) within the spindle by pulling them up against the spindle’s internal taper. It functions as a clamping mechanism, applying force to hold the tool and resist the forces of cutting.

Cannot wait to use it, the Bowl Turning O&Techniques PRD was the impetus, still trying to finish the video! Love the versatility of the Elio Drive!
