The Robust Extra Large Negative Rake Scraper is an oversized unhandled scraper for woodturners who want more mass, stability, and control during finishing cuts. Made from hardened and nitrided M2 high-speed steel, it provides excellent edge retention and reduced sharpening.
The 1-3/8″ wide x 3/8″ thick blade is well suited for larger bowls and hollow forms, while the negative rake grind helps produce smoother, less aggressive scraping cuts. Radiused bottom edges allow angled use for added control.
