The Interior Curved rest is great for open forms like salad bowls. It’s shape is optimized for interior work, as the hardened rod is offset towards the outside of the curve to allow close tool tip placement, and the tapered support is tipped so that it will not rub the wood. It’s radius is approximately 8” and the overhang is 9”.
