The Robust Large Negative Rake Scraper is an unhandled woodturning scraper designed for smoother finishing cuts, reduced catches, and controlled scraping on bowls and hollow forms. Made from hardened and nitrided M2 high-speed steel, it offers excellent edge durability and reduced sharpening frequency.
The 1″ wide x 5/16″ thick blade provides stability, while radiused bottom edges allow angled use for more effective cutting. The negative rake grind is especially useful for refining surfaces and working on difficult grain.
