The Robust Large Skew with Handle is a handled skew chisel for spindle planing cuts, beads, coves, and larger detail work. Made from hardened and nitrided M2 high-speed steel, it offers strong edge retention and less frequent sharpening.
The 1″ wide x 5/16″ thick blade provides stability and control, while the radiused lower edges help the tool roll smoothly through beads and coves. This version includes a 16″ solid maple handle with stainless steel ferrule and polyurethane finish.
