The Robust Medium Skew is an unhandled skew chisel for spindle turning, beads, coves, planing cuts, and detail work. Made from hardened and nitrided M2 high-speed steel, it provides strong edge retention and reduced sharpening.
The 3/4″ wide x 9/32″ thick blade gives a balance of control and stability, while radiused lower edges help the tool roll smoothly. The 1-1/2″ radius edge profile and small return at the top add versatility for cutting beads and adding fine details.
