The Robust Small Detail Skew is an unhandled skew for fine spindle details, beads, coves, small transitions, and precision cuts. Made from hardened and nitrided M2 high-speed steel, it provides excellent edge retention and reduced sharpening.
The 1/2″ wide x 1/4″ thick blade is compact and easy to control, while radiused lower edges help the tool roll smoothly for beads and coves. The edge is beveled at 20 degrees and finished with a gentle 3/4″ radius profile, giving it versatility for detail cuts.
