The Tru-Grind Tool Holder has the advantage of being able to hold even the smallest gouge, or up to a 1-1/2″ roughing gouge. It can also be used for woodworking chisels and and drill bits. The tool holder can be used with other existing sharpening systems.

EASIEST JIG – the Tru-Grind Tool Holder is designed with an easy lock and rotate system, meaning you don’t need to fiddle around getting the right angle each time.  Our jig simply sharpens the following tools WITHOUT any other fiddly accessories required.

Great Tool
Grinding my tools sharp has always been a problem for me. This tool is easy to set up and it comes with a booklet that describes how to set it up for all types of tools. I'm now looking forward to sharp cuts.

With a total of 9 lockable settings there is no more guessing about where to set the jig. My Vari-Grind jig is covered with Sharpie markings for settings I have long forgotten.
